DECLARATION
of 11 February 2015
on the issue of commemorative silver two hundred crowns for the 75th anniversary of the founding of České Budějovice
The Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 22 (a) of Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank, as amended by Act No. 442 / 2000 Coll.:
§ 1
(1) On 4 March 2015, the 750th anniversary of the founding of České Budějovice is issued a commemorative silver coin of CZK 200 (hereinafter referred to as the "two hundred koruna").
(2) Two hundred koruna is issued in the normal version and in a special version with polished field of coin and matte relief (hereinafter "special version").
(3) The two-hundred korona in normal and special design is rolled from an alloy containing 925 parts of silver and 75 parts of copper. The weight of the 2-hundredth crown is 13 g, its diameter 31 mm and the force 2,3 mm. In the case of an embossing of two hundred crowns in normal and special design, the tolerance shall be 0,1 mm in diameter and 0,15 mm in thickness. In mass, the tolerance shall be up to 0,26 g and in the silver content shall be up to 1%. The edge of two hundred crowns in normal design is serrated, the edge of two hundred crowns in special design is smooth with the feature "CZECH NATIONAL BANKA * Ag 0.925 * 13 g *."
§ 2
(1) On the front of the two-hundred crown is the seal of King Premysl Otakar II, over which the Czech lion is depicted on the left in the shield and on the right in the sacramentava flame eagle in the shield. At the left, upper and right edges of the two hundred crown, the name of the state is "CZECH REPUBLIC." The denomination of the coin with the acronym of the money unit "200 CZK" is at the bottom edge of the two hundred koruna. All texts are enclosed by dots at the beginning and end. The brand of the Czech Mint consisting of the composition of the letters "Za" and "M" is at the right edge of the two-hundred crown above the depiction of the Saint-Clave's Flaming Eagle.
(2) On the reverse side of the two hundred crown is a picture of the plan of České Budějovice at the time of their establishment. At the upper edge of the two hundred crown is the sign of České Budějovice, which partly interferes with the depiction of the plan. At the left edge of the plan is Hirza coat of arms from Klingenberg, the locator of České Budějovice. Erb is partly interfering with the blueprint. At the left and right edges of the two hundred crowns, the years are "1265," "2015" and the text "ESTABLISHMENT OF THE CZECH BUILDING." All texts are separated at the beginning, between each other and at the end by a dot. At the lower left edge of the two hundred crown, the initials of the author are two hundred crowns of the academic sculptor Zbyňek Fojt, which are composed of joined letters "FZ."
(3) The picture of the two hundred crown is given in the annex to this decree.
§ 3
This Decree shall take effect on 4 March 2015.
