DECLARATION
of 4 March 2014
amending Decree No. 47 / 2005 Coll., on the termination of secondary school education by the final examination and on the termination of the education in the Conservatory of Absolute, as amended by Decree No. 126 / 2011 Coll.
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides pursuant to Sections 76 and 184 (2) of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 370 / 2012 Coll.:
Decree No. 47 / 2005 Coll., on the termination of secondary school education by final examination and on the termination of education in the Conservatory of Absolutorium, as amended by Decree No. 126 / 2011 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. In Article 2, at the end of paragraph 1, the sentence "For serious organisational reasons, the school director may determine the order of the examinations differently."
2. In Paragraph 2 (3), the words "laid down 'are replaced by the words" set by the school director'.
3. In Paragraph 2 (4), the words "involving the student's professional competence and professional application 'are inserted after the words" 25 to 30 topics'.
4. In Article 4 (5), at the end of the text of the first sentence, the words "except as provided for in the second sentence of Article 2 (1) 'shall be added.
5. In Section 5, at the end of paragraph 1, the sentence "In case the Examination Board recognises the reasons for the absence of the pupil (7), it may, in agreement with the pupil, set the date of the replacement examination by 30 June of the school year concerned. '

6. In Article 5, at the end of paragraph 2, the sentence "The first and second sentences shall not apply if the date of the replacement examination is set by 30 June of the school year concerned in agreement with the pupil."
7. In Article 6 (1), the words "the principal of the school shall specify the subjects for the final examination 'are replaced by the words" the final examination shall take place'.
8. In Article 6 (4), the words "at one test committee 'shall be inserted after the words" draw'.
9. the following Part Three is inserted after Part Two:
COMMON PROVISIONS
Remuneration of the chairmen of the final examinations and of the chairmen of the Conservatory Examination Committees
The Chairman of the Final Trials Examination Committee and the Chairman of the Conservatory Discharge Examination Committee shall receive a reward of CZK 130 for each starting hour of the President's work. The number of hours of activity shall be reported by the President to the Director of the School. The remuneration shall be payable at the regular time of payment of the salary or salary for staff members in employment. ';
Part Three shall be renumbered Part Four.
This Decision shall enter into force on 15 March 2014.
