DECISION
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC
of 25 August 2020
on the announcement of voting days in a special way in the elections to regional councils and to the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic in 2020
Pursuant to Article 27 (13) of Act No. 350 / 2020 Coll., on special voting arrangements in regional and Senate elections in 2020,
establishing
(a) the voting date at the election post on Wednesday 30 September 2020 and for the second round of elections to the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic on Wednesday 7 October 2020;
(b) the day on which the vote on the residence facility is taken on Thursday 1 October 2020 and for the second round of elections to the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic on Thursday 8 October 2020; This is without prejudice to the provisions of Paragraph 14 (1) of the First Law No. 350 / 2020 Coll.
