on diseases and diseases communicable from animals to humans against which animals may not be vaccinated
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to Section 78 of Act No. 166 / 1999 Coll., on Veterinary Care and on the amendment of certain related laws (Veterinary Act), as amended by Act No. 131 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 316 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 48 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 182 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 227 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 308 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 18 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 359 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 279 / 2013 Coll., Act No. 139 / 2014 Coll., Act No. 250 / 2014 Coll., Act No. 264 / 2014 Coll., Act No. 302 / 2017 Coll., Act No. 368 / 2019 Coll. and Act No. 246., Act No. 246 / 2022 Coll., for the implementation of Section 10 (a) of the Veterinary Act:
Subject matter
This decree regulates the disease and diseases communicable from animals to humans against which animals must not be vaccinated following the directly applicable European Union1.
No vaccination against infectious bovine rhinotracheitis (IBR, IBR / IPV)
The animals shall not be vaccinated against infectious bovine rhinotracheitis (IBR, IBR / IPV), except for vaccination ordered by the competent authority in accordance with the provisions of Section 2 (2) (2) of Part IV of Annex IV to Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020 / 689.
Repeal
Decree No 202 / 2004 Coll., on measures to prevent and combat African swine fever, is hereby repealed.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2023.
