Decree of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which will determine the representative offices of the Czech Republic abroad, which will be delivered to Parliament's Chamber of Deputies and representative offices of the Czech Republic, to which the ballots will be sent for printing or reproduction by means of transmission technology
