amending certain laws in connection with the adoption of a law coordinating cooperation with the European Anti-Fraud Office
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment to the Banking Act

1. In Paragraph 38 (3), the dot is replaced by a comma at the end of point (k).
2. in Paragraph 38 (3) (o):
"(o) the Ministry of Finance, under the conditions laid down by the Act on Insurance and Financing of Exports with State Aid or the Act on the Coordination of Cooperation with the European Anti-Fraud Office.";
Amendment of the Act on savings and credit cooperatives

1. in Article 25b (3), the word "or" shall be deleted at the end of point (k);
2. in Article 25b (3), at the end of point (l), the dot is replaced by "or" and the following point (m) is added:
"(m) Ministry of Finance for the purpose of ensuring coordination of cooperation with the European Anti-Fraud Office under the conditions laid down in the Law on Coordination of Cooperation with the European Anti-Fraud Office.";
Amendment of the Central Account Accounting Act
Act No. 300 / 2016 Coll., on Central Account Records, as amended by Act No. 183 / 2017 Coll., Act No. 111 / 2019 Coll., Act No. 527 / 2020 Coll. and Act No. 353 / 2021 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 6 (1) (d), the word "or" shall be deleted;
2. In Article 6, the dot is replaced by a comma at the end of paragraph 1 and the following point (g) is added:
"(g) Ministry of Finance under the Act coordinating cooperation with the European Anti-Fraud Office."
3. in Article 7 (3) (c):
"(c) the Financial Analysis Office through the Ministry of Finance,"
4. In Article 7, at the end of paragraph 3, the dot is replaced by a comma and the following point (i) is added:
"(i) Ministry of Finance for the purpose of ensuring coordination of cooperation with the European Anti-Fraud Office under the conditions laid down by the Law on the Coordination of Cooperation with the European Anti-Fraud Office.";
EFFECTIVE
That law shall take effect on the first day of the second calendar month following its publication.
