COMMUNICATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 28 January 2003
on the imposition of collective agreements of a higher degree and the amendment to a collective agreement of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that, in accordance with § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, the following collective agreements of higher degree were deposited with it from 1.12.2002 to 31.12.2002 and the following amendment to the collective agreement of higher degree:
1. Collective contract of higher grade 2003 (of 10 December 2002, part A - general part for the period from 1.1.2003 to 31.12.2005, part B - remuneration for the period from 1.1.2003 to 31.12.2003)
between
Trade union of workers of wood-working industries, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic
and
Czech-Moravian Trade Union Association
and
A union of paper and cellulose industry.
2. Collective contract of higher degree 2003 - 2004 (dated 11 December 2002) concluded
between
Union of employees of glass, ceramic, jewellery and porcelain
and
Association of Glass and Ceramic Industry of the Czech Republic.
3. Collective contract of higher degree 2003 - 2004 (dated 18 December 2002) concluded
between
Trade union of transport workers, road economy and auto-repair Czech and Moravia
and
The Association of Entrepreneurs in Construction in the Czech Republic.
4. Appendix 2 of the higher-grade collective agreement 2001-2003 (dated 29 November 2002) concluded
between
Trade union of mining, geology and oil industry workers
and
Employee association of mining and oil industry - Association of Miners of the Czech Republic.
