amending Decree No. 328 / 1997 Coll., implementing § 18 (a), (d), (h), (i), (j) and (k) of Act No. 110 / 1997 Coll., on foodstuffs and tobacco products and amending and supplementing certain related laws, for milk and milk products, ice cream and frozen creams and edible fats and oils
According to Article 18 (a), (d), (h) and (j) of Act No. 110 / 1997 Coll., on Food and Tobacco Products, and amending and supplementing certain related acts (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") for milk and milk products, ice cream and frozen creams and edible fats and oils:
Decree No. 328 / 1997 Coll., implementing § 18 (a), (d), (h), (i), (j) and (k) of Act No. 110 / 1997 Coll., on foodstuffs and tobacco products and amending and supplementing certain related laws, for milk and milk products, ice cream and frozen creams and edible fats and oils, shall be amended as follows:
1. in Article 3 (2) (b):
"(b) a sub-group, depending on the fat content for each product set out in Annex 2, Tables 1, 2, 5 and 6,"
2. In Annex No 1, the word "skimmed 'is added to the milk product type in the subgroup after the word" defatted'.
3. Paragraph 16 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) For a maximum period of 60 days from the date of entry into force of this Decree, it shall be possible to use the existing labelling for the labelling of packages of liquid milk. '
4. In Annex 2, Table 1 reads:
