amending Decree No. 36 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of a copy or a copy with the instrument and on the verification of the authenticity of the signature, as amended
The Ministry of the Interior provides pursuant to Article 21 of Act No. 21 / 2006 Coll., on the Verification of the Compliance of a Copy or Copy with the Charter and on the Verification of the Authenticity of Signature and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Verification Act), as amended by Act No. 279 / 2019 Coll. and Act No. 261 / 2021 Coll.:
Annex No. 1 to Decree No. 36 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of the copy or copy with the instrument and on the verification of the authenticity of the signature, as amended by Decree No. 331 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 390 / 2007 Coll., Decree No. 154 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 15 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 484 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 384 / 2010 Coll., Decree No. 441 / 2011 Coll., Decree No. 456 / 2012 Coll., Decree No. 409 / 2017 Coll., Decree No. 265 / 2014 Coll., Decree No. 316 / 2015 Coll., Decree No. 411 / 2016 Coll., Decree No. 409 / 2017 Coll.
1. In the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (b), the word" Čejkovice' is inserted after the word "Chakov '.
2. in the part "South Moravian Region ', point (a), the words" Departure at Montenegro' shall be inserted after the word "Shošuvka ';
3. in the part "South Moravian Region ', point (f), the word" Josefov' is inserted after the word "Hodonin ';
4. in the part "South Moravian Region ', point (q), the word" Hidden' is deleted;
5. In the part "Králové hradec kraj ', point (d), the words" Old Srkovice' shall be inserted after the word "Sobčice, '.
6. In the part "Králové hradecký kraj," point (f), the word "Vláková," shall be inserted after the word "Veličovky,"
7. In the part "Králové hradec kraj ', point (g), the word" Collector' shall be inserted after the word "Samina, '.
8. in the part "Králové hradec kraj ', point (i), the word" Vlkov' is deleted;
9. In the part "Moravian-Silesian Region ', point (n), the word" Chakova' is inserted after the words "Běkov-Laryšov '.
10. in the part "Olomouc Region ', point (i), the word" Gelatovice' is inserted after the word "Želatovice ';
11. in the part of the "Olomouc Region," point (l), the word ", Želejovice" shall be deleted;
12. in the part "Pardubice Region ', point (d), the word" Libkov,' is inserted after the word "Libkov, ', the word" Rozhovice' is inserted after the word "Řestok, 'and the word" Zderaz' is inserted after the word "Žlebské Chvalovice ';
13. in the part "Pilsen Region ', point (g), the word" Kramolín' is deleted;
14. In the part "Central Bohemian Region ', point (b), the word" Tetín' shall be inserted after the word "Svinar '.
15. in the part "Central Bohemian Region," point (h), the word "Olešná," shall be inserted after the word "Osov."
16. in the part "Central Bohemian Region ', point (v), the word" Nupaka' is inserted after the word "Nupaka ';
17. in the part "Vysočina Region," point (d), the word "Slavíkov," shall be inserted after the word "Sedletín."
18. in the part "Vysočina Region ', point (m), the words" Upper Heraltice' are inserted after the word "Heraltice ';
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2025.
