of 30 July 2020
amending Decree No. 76 / 2005 Coll., laying down the method for calculating the difference between the income of pension insurance premiums and the expenditure on pension benefits, as amended
According to Article 36 (3) of Act No. 218 / 2000 Coll., on budgetary rules and amending certain related laws (budgetary rules), as amended by Act No. 203 / 2017 Coll.:
In Paragraph 4 (2) of the Introductory Part of the provisions of Decree No. 76 / 2005 Coll., establishing the method of calculating the difference between the income of pension insurance and the expenditure on pension insurance benefits, as amended by Decree No. 56 / 2010 Coll. and Decree No. 62 / 2012 Coll., the number "0,9241 'is replaced by" 0,9302'.
Transitional provision
For the calculation of the difference between the income of pension insurance premiums and the expenditure on pension benefits for calendar years 2019 and the preceding shall apply the coefficient referred to in Article 4 (2) of Decree No 76 / 2005 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of that decree.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2021.
