COMMUNICATION
Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announces that on 5 December 1996 the Joint Committee of the European Community and the European Free Trade Association "Common Transit Scheme" Resolution No 3 / 1996 amending Article 50 of Annex II to the Convention of 20 May 1987 on a Common Transit Regime (1) was adopted in Brussels.
Order No 3 / 1996 entered into force on 1 March 1997 on the basis of Article 2 and entered into force on that date for the Czech Republic.
The text of the resolution can be consulted at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Finance - Directorate-General for Customs, Regional Customs and Customs Offices.
1) The Convention on a common transit procedure between the countries of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) and the European Economic Community of 20 May 1987 was published under No 179 / 1996 Coll.
