GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 20 August 2025
fixing a multiple of the amount of the minimum life for the purposes of the Housing Aid Act
The Government orders pursuant to § 20 (1) (a) of Act No. 175 / 2025 Coll., on the provision of certain housing promotion measures (Housing Promotion Act):
For the purpose of issuing a binding opinion pursuant to Article 18 (3) (b) of the Housing Promotion Act, 1.6 times the amount of the minimum life.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2026.
