DECLARATION
of 12 June 2006
amending Decree No 36 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of a copy or a copy with the instrument and on the verification of the authenticity of the signature
According to Section 21 of Act No. 21 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of a copy or copy with the instrument and on the verification of the authenticity of the signature and on the amendment of certain laws (the Act on Verification):
Annex No 1 to Decree No 36 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of a copy or a copy with the instrument and on the verification of the authenticity of the signature, is amended as follows:
1. in the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (a), the word" Tchořovice' is deleted;
2. In the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (b), the word" Hvozdec' is deleted.
3. In the part "South Moravian Region ', point (j), the word" Nenkovice' shall be inserted after the word "South Moravian Region ', the word" Strážovice' and the word "Věterov 'shall be inserted after the word" Věterov'.
4. In the part "Karlovy Vary Region ', point (f), the words", the gift of God' shall be inserted after the word "Abertamy 'and the words" Guard over the Ohří' shall be inserted after the words ", Velikhov, Vojkovice '.
5. in the part "Olomoucky kraj ', point (c), the word" Stražiska' shall be inserted after the word "Squirrel '.
6. in the part "Pardubice Region ', point (f), the word" Lubnik' is inserted after the word "Upper Cherry ';
7. in the part "Plzeň kraj ', point (d), the word" Puclice' is inserted after the words "Knežejov, Horšovský Týn '.
8. In the part "Central Bohemian Region ', point (i), the word" Kyšice' is inserted after the word "Kolec '.
9. in the part "Central Bohemian Region ', point (n), the word" Vranians' is deleted;
10. In the part "Central Bohemian Region ', point (o), the word" Jabkenice' is deleted.
11. in the section "Central Bohemian Region," point (p), "Loukov" is replaced by "Loukovec."
12. in the part "Central Bohemian Region ', point (q), the word" Čakovčky' is deleted;
13. In the part "Central Bohemian Region ', point (t), the word" Suchodol' is inserted after the words "Rožmitál pod Tremšín '.
14. In the part "Central Bohemian Region ', point (v), the word" Doubek' is inserted after the word "Dobřejovice '.
15. in the section "Zlín Region," point (d), the word "Bishop" shall be replaced by the word "Bishop."
16. in the part "Zlín Region ', point (m), the word" Doubravy' is inserted after the word "Dobrkovice '.
This Decree shall take effect on the first day of the second calendar month following its publication.
