GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 6 August 2003
amending Government Regulation No. 469 / 2002 Coll., laying down a catalogue of works and qualifications and amending the Government Regulation on the pay ratios of employees in public services and administration
The Government orders pursuant to § 23 (1) (b) of Act No. 143 / 1992 Coll., on the salary and remuneration of on-call time in the budget and in certain other organisations and bodies, as amended by Act No. 40 / 1994 Coll. and Act No. 217 / 2000 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 469 / 2002 Coll., laying down a catalogue of works and qualifications and amending the Government Decree on the remuneration of employees in public services and administration, is amended as follows:
1. in Article 4 (2), including footnotes 1) and 2):
"(2) The training referred to in paragraph 1 shall mean the training achieved under specific legislation. 1) Education referred to in paragraph 1 shall also mean education obtained in another State if it has been recognised in the Czech Republic under special legislation.2)

Act No. 111 / 1998 Coll., on Higher Education and on the amendment and addition of other laws (Act on Higher Education), as amended by Act No. 210 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 147 / 2001 Coll.
2) Act No. 29 / 1984 Coll., as amended and found by the Constitutional Court No. 49 / 1994 Coll. § 7 (d) of Act No. 564 / 1990 Coll., on State Administration and Self-Government in Education, as amended by Act No. 132 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 284 / 2002 Coll. § 87 (m), § 89 and 90 and § 95 (9) of Act No. 111 / 1998 Coll. Decree No. 385 / 1991 Coll., on the recognition of equivalence and the conditions for nostallization of certificates issued by foreign schools, as amended by Decree No. 332 / 1998 Coll. '
2. In Section 4, the following paragraph 3 is added, including footnote 3:
"(3) Education obtained by a national of a Member State of the European Union is recognised under specific legislation.3)
(3) For example, Council Directive of 21 December 1988 on a general system for the recognition of higher education and training diplomas awarded on completion of at least three years of vocational education and training (89 / 48 / EEC), Council Directive 92 / 51 / EEC of 18 June 1992 on the second general system for the recognition of vocational education and training, supplementing Directive 89 / 48 / EEC and Directive 1999 / 42 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 June 1999 establishing a procedure for the recognition of evidence of formal qualifications for professional activities covered by the Directives on liberalisation and transitional measures and supplementing the general system for the recognition of evidence of formal qualifications. "
3. Parts two to four shall be deleted, including the headings.
4. In the Annex to the list of professions and scales in Part 2 of the occupation 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Self-Government under the heading Financial control, in the column "Salary class', the number" 11 'is replaced by "10'.
5. In the Annex to the list of professions and scales in Part 2 of the occupation 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Self-Government, the entry "Professional security of government activities' and the entry" 10 - 14 'in the column "Salary' in this heading is inserted after the heading" Property management '.
6. In the Annex to the list of professions and ranges of grades in Part 2 of the profession 2.16.2.
7. In the Annex in the list of professions and scales in Part 2 in the profession 2.19.7 in the column, "9 'is replaced by" 10'.
8. In the Annex in Classification of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 1 in the occupation 1.1.7 The term "or Prime Minister" shall be added at the end of point 1.
9. In the Annex in the Classification of works (examples of works) in the professions and grades in Part 1 in the profession 1.1.9 of the Security Officer in the 6th grade in point 1, the words "crisis situations' are deleted.
10. In the Annex in the Classification of works (examples of works) in the professions and grades of part 1 in the profession 1.1.9 of the Security Officer in the 6th grade, point 3 reads as follows:
'3. Processing of sub-measures for emergencies and crisis situations in a given territorial unit. '
11. in the Annex in the Classification of works (examples of works) in the professions and grades in Part 1 in the occupation 1.1.9 of the Security Officer in the 7th grade in the second sentence of point 3 of the second sentence, the word "situation" is replaced by "stocks."
12. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 1 of the profession 1.1.9 of the Security Officer in 8th grade in point 4, the word "events' shall be inserted after the word" extraordinary '.
13. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into the professions and grades of part 1 in the profession 1.1.9 of the Security Officer in 8th grade in point 5, the words "and the provision of tasks related to crisis situations and other exceptional occurrences' are deleted.

15. In the Annex in the Classification of works (examples of works) in the professions and grades of part 1 in the profession 1.1.9 of the Security Officer in the 9th grade in point 3, the word "situation 'is replaced by" stocks'.
16. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into the professions and grades of part 1 in the profession 1.1.9 of the Security Officer in the 10th grade in point 2 of Section 2, the words "and emergency, emergency and emergency measures' are deleted.
17. In the Annex in the Classification of works (examples of works) in the professions and grades in Part 1 of the profession 1.1.9.
"4. Establishment and comprehensive provision of emergency and emergency measures."
18. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 1 of the profession 1.1.9 of the Security Officer in 11th grade in point 1, the words "crisis management 'shall be inserted after the word" collateral'.
19. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into the professions and grades of part 1 in the profession 1.2.1.
20. In the Annex in the Classification of works (examples of works) in the professions and grades in Part 1 of the profession 1.2.1. The Personalist shall be added at the end of the 11th grade to the following point 5:
"5. Methodology, elaboration of comprehensive programmes and coordination of organisation and systemisation, personalism, remuneration or training and training of department staff, broken down into other national or territorial areas of the State."
21. In the Annex in the Classification of works (examples of works) in the professions and grades in Part 1 of the occupation 1.2.1. The 12th-grade Personalist shall be added at the end of the following point 4:
"4. Creation of the concept of organisational relations and systemisation, personalism, remuneration or training and training of employees in the department divided into other organisational elements of the State with national or territorial competence. ';
22. In the Annex in Classification of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 1 of the occupation 1.2.2 The following point 2 is added at the end of the 9th grade wage accounting officer:
'2. Calculation of the amount, payment and settlement of salary, compensation, sickness and other benefits, calculation and implementation of salary reductions, calculation of compensation for increased living costs, provision of income tax on dependent activities, social and health insurance premiums, mainly for staff with a regular place of work abroad. '
23. In the Annex in Classification of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 2 in the occupation 2.2.1 The following point 4 is added at the end of the 11th grade:
"4. Comprehensive resolution of conflict and risk situations in relation to criminal proceedings, analysis of evaluation and prevention of risks of repeat crime in mediation activities. Diagnostic, advisory, educational and control activities for criminals and their motivation to lead life in accordance with the law in the framework of probation activities. Advisory and psychosocial assistance to victims of crime. Creation of rehabilitation programmes, general procedures and measures in probation and mediation. '
24. In the Annex in Classification of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 2 in occupation 2.8.1 The following point 2 is added at the end of the 3rd grade social security worker:
'2. Providing direct service to clients, promoting their self-sufficiency, training of simple daily activities and providing assistance in personal hygiene and dressing of clients, handling of equipment, supplies and laundry, and maintaining purity and hygiene of clients. '
25. In the Annex in Classification of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 2 in occupation 2.8.1 The following point 2 is added at the end of the fourth grade social security worker:
'2. Providing particularly difficult and strenuous comprehensive service for physically and mentally disabled clients, providing assistance in the creation of basic social and social contacts, strengthening the life-cycle of clients and meeting their psychosocial needs. "
26. In the Annex in the Classification of works (examples of works) in the professions and grades in Part 2 in the profession 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Self-Government - Joint work in the public administration and self-government in the 13th grade, points 2 to 4 are added at the end:
'2. Conciliation, formulation or assessment of draft national legislation, analysis of the legal and factual situation, evaluation of the necessity of changing the legal situation and of changing the scope of legal regulation.
3. The creation of national ministerial binding regulations with the widest and essential implications in the state's organisational and other entities, which are bound by them and with extensive substantive and legal ties to other social systems.
4. The exercise of complex legal activities throughout the field of service of the Central Administrative Office, the development of fundamental legal interpretations and opinions and the establishment of general procedures for the application of legislation, including the resolution of factually and legally complex cases and representation in litigation. '
27. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 2 of the profession 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Self-Government - Joint work in the administration and self-government, the following shall be inserted before the words "15.
"Grade 14
1. The creation of draft draft new legislation with national application or regulation of cases, so far, of laws which have not yet been adapted or their comprehensive assessment in the comment procedure or of the processing of essential comprehensive opinions on those rules. ';
28. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into the professions and grades in Part 2 in the profession 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Self-Government - Joint work in the administration and self-government in the 15th grade, point 1 reads as follows:
"1. Design of proposals of the most complex regulatory systems or of the most complex legal arrangements with the widest impact on the legal situation of the Czech Republic or their assessment in the framework of legislative activity at the level of government."
29. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 2 in the profession 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Self-Government - Joint work in the administration and self-government in the 16th grade, point 1 reads as follows:
"1. Comprehensive coordination of the establishment of concepts of long-term development of major activities in the legally defined scope of ministries with extensive internal breakdown into specialised branches of services and with broad links to other branches of services with national competence and other social systems predetermining the holding of the widest groups of other persons in essential areas."
30. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 2 of the profession 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Self-Government - State Security in 6th Grade, point 4 reads as follows:
"4. Processing of sub-measures for emergencies and crisis situations in a given territorial unit. '
31. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into the professions and grades in Part 2 in the profession 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Self-Government - The security of the State in the 7th grade is point 4:
"4. Processing of emergency and emergency measures in a given territorial unit. ';
32. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 2 of the profession 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Self-Government - Safety of the State in 8th grade is point 3:
'3. Separate provision of defence and civil protection tasks or organisational, professional and material emergency and crisis measures and activities in the area of economic crisis measures by designated entities, including preparation of proposals to identify economic mobilization entities and the preparation of plans for economic mobilisation measures. ';
33. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 2 of the profession 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Self-Government - State Security in 8th grade in point 5 of the term "accidents, natural disasters, hostile attacks of the population, etc. 'is deleted.
34. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 2 of the profession 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Self-Government - State Security in 9th grade, point 2 is as follows:
'2. Comprehensive processing of emergency and emergency measures in a defined territory. Processing of the crisis plan and its individual parts, including the processing of measures for the operation of the Security Council and the crisis staff of a given territorial unit. ';
35. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 2 of the occupation 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Self-Government - State Security in 10th grade in point 2 of the "crisis situations', the words" emergency and emergency situations' are replaced by the words "emergency situations'.
36. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 2 in the profession 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Self-Government - State Security in the 10th grade, point 3 reads as follows:
"3. Coordination and methodological guidance of emergency and emergency measures within the district (municipality with extended scope) or the statutory city."
37. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 2 of the profession 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Self-Government - State Security in 10th grade, point 13 reads as follows:
"13. Coordination and methodological guidance of individual and collective protection of the population."
38. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 2 in the profession 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Self-Government - State Security in the 11th grade, point 11 is deleted.
39. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into the professions and grades in Part 2 of the profession 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Self-Government - Security of the State in the 12th grade in point 5, the word "internal 'shall be inserted after the words" public policy and'.
40. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 2 of the profession 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Self-Government - The safety of the State in the 12th grade is added at the end of the following point 15:
"15. Comprehensive provision of tasks related to the preparation and implementation of a specified State Security Council documentation under the responsibility of the Department. ';
41. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 2 in the profession 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Self-Government - State Security in the 13th grade, point 8 reads as follows:
"8. Coordination of the work of the working authority in the State Security Council system."
42. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 2 of the occupation 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Self-Government - State security in the 14th grade shall be added at the end of the following points 9 and 10:
'9. Comprehensive coordination of the processing of the concept of state security.
10. Comprehensive coordination of the State Security Council. '
43. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 2 of the profession 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Government - Financial control is inserted before the words "11th grade"
"10th grade
1. Performance of financial control. '
44. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into the professions and grades in Part 2 of the profession 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Self-Government - Financial control in the 11th grade in point 1 of point 1, the words "and internal audit 'are deleted.
45. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 2 of the profession 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Self-Government - Financial control in the 13th grade in point 1 of point 1, the words "and internal audit 'are deleted.
46. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 2 of the profession 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Government - Financial control in the 13th grade, point 2 is added at the end:
"2. Creation of the concept, coordination and direction of the Ministry's financial control."
47. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 2 of the profession 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Self-Government - Coordination of Foreign Assistance in the 13th grade, point 2 is added at the end:
'2. Processing of proposals for national programmes, projects and priorities for the use of European Union budget resources, the creation of binding national rules on the use of European Union budget resources, including rules on the financial management of projects, the evaluation and control of its use. '
48. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into the professions and grades in Part 2 of the profession 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Self-Government - Coordination of Foreign Assistance in the 14th grade, point 2 is added at the end of:
"2. Creation of development programmes for the use of the European Union budget."
49. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 2 of the occupation 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Self-Government, the following shall be inserted before the words Land Administration:
"Professional security of government activities
Grade 10
1. Coordination and provision of government tasks in relation to the Chamber of Deputies, the Senate and the President's Office.
11th grade
1. Assessment of the correctness of the procedure of central administrations in relation to the government.
12th Grade
1. Ensuring compliance of government conclusions with the rule of law, the programming declaration and other related documents and their presentation in the draft Government resolution.
Grade 13
1. Systemic coordination and methodological guidance of government security.
Grade 14
1. Creating a national concept of regulatory reform and systemic coordination of inter-branch projects in the field of regulatory reform. "
50. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 2 of the profession 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Self-Government - Work and Social Affairs in the 12th grade, the following point 15 is added at the end:
"15. National coordination and methodological guidance of sub-areas of organisation and systemisation, personalism or training and training of staff in administrative offices in the public administration as a whole. '
51. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Section 2 of the occupation 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Self-Government - Working and Social Affairs in the 13th grade in point 23, comma is deleted and inserted after the word "systemisation '.
52. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 2 of the occupation 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Government - Budget and financing in the 11th grade, the following point 16 is added at the end:
"16. Implementation and evaluation of amendments to intermediate bodies and final beneficiaries of European Union funds."
53. The following points 10 to 12 shall be added at the end of the Annex in the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 2 of the occupation 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Government - Budget and financing in the 12th grade:
"10. Assessment and analysis of the possibilities for using Structural Funds and European Union programmes.
11. Methodological management and coordination of the budgetary procedure for intermediate bodies and final beneficiaries of European Union funds.
12. Methodological management, organisation and guidance of the management of the European Union funds by area of revenue and expenditure of operational programmes and programme documents. '
54. The following points 15 to 19 are added at the end of the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into the professions and grades in Part 2 of the profession 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Government - Budget and financing in the 13th grade:
"15. Preparation of cooperation programmes of the Czech Republic with the European Union in terms of funding.
16. Coordination and methodological guidance of the process of developing the financial parts of operational programmes and programme documents, processing the analysis of the financial impacts on the development of sectors and regions and the effectiveness of the funds spent, trends and structures of sectors and regions, the possibility of their unification and application to other sectors and regions.
17. Creating methodological guidelines for the budgeting of European Union funds and financial settlement of relations with operational programme payment units and programming documents.
18. Guidance on financial relations between intermediate bodies and final beneficiaries for the financial parts of operational programmes and programme documents.
19. National methodological guidance and coordination of the use of European Union funds. "
55. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 2 of the occupation 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Government - Budget and financing in the 14th grade, at the end of the text of point 3, the words "or the State Final Account 'shall be added.
56. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 2 of the profession 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Government - Budget and financing in the 14th grade, points 8 to 10 are added at the end:
"8. Coordination of the financial and budgetary relations of the Czech Republic with the European Union.
9. Determination of the principles and principles for the development of the financial parts of national operational programmes and programme documents, including evaluation of the implementation of the adopted principles of the financial parts of operational programmes and of the programming documents and projects co-financed by the European Union budget.
10. Processing of proposals, approaches and bases for the preparation of the financial part of national operational programmes and programme documents. Production of budgetary perspectives. '.
57. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 2 of the occupation 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Self-Government - The development of local authorities in the 12th grade is added at the end of the following point 5:
"5. The creation of a concept of the development of the capital city of Prague with a matrix and construction office."
58. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 2 of the profession 2.10.1 Referent of State Administration and Self-Government - Industry and Trade Administration in the 12th grade, the following point 9 is added at the end:
'9. Assessment of subsidies granted to imported products, including inspection of importers and producers and consultancy and consultancy activities in the European Union authorities for protection against subsidised imports. '
59. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 2 of the profession 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Self-Government - Industry and Trade Administration at the end of the 13th grade, points 8 and 9 are added:
'8. Evaluation of the effects of subsidised imports on the economy of the Czech Republic and the European Union and the proposal for measures to protect the economic space of the European Union from subsidised imports.
(9) Coordination of the implementation of measures taken at European Union level to protect against subsidised imports in cooperation with the customs authorities. "
60. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 2 of the profession 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Self-Government - Industry and Trade Administration at the 14th level at the end, the following point 8 is added:
"8. Creation of the concept of economic relations of the Czech Republic within the European Union."
61. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 2 of the profession 2.10.1 Referent of State Administration and Self-Government - Industrial Property Administration in the 13th grade, point 4 is added at the end:
"4. Comprehensive evaluation of the most demanding expert activities on industrial rights protection at the highest level of contemporary knowledge of science and technology, such as evaluation of the global novelty of patent-protected solutions in the most demanding fields (medicine, biotechnology, chemistry)."
62. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 2 of the profession 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Government - Foreign Service and Foreign Relations in the 12th grade in point 9, the words "and within the European Union 'are inserted after the words" with foreign'.
63. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 2 of the occupation 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Self-Government - Foreign Service and Foreign Relations in the 12th grade in point 14, the words "and its activities within the European Union 'are inserted after the words" the capital of Prague'.
64. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 2 of the profession 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Government - Foreign Service and Foreign Relations in the 12th grade in point 15, the words "including contracts within the European Union 'shall be inserted after the words" access to them'.
65. 67. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 2 of the occupation 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Government - Foreign Service and Foreign Relations in the 13th grade in point 8, the words "and to the European Union 'and the words" and the European Union' shall be inserted after the words' and 'with foreign partners'.
68. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 2 in the profession 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Self-Government - Foreign Service and Foreign Relations in the 13th grade, point 11 reads as follows:
"11. Creation of the concept of negotiating international treaties (presidential, governmental, departmental), including agreements within the European Union, and preparation of negotiations, national discussions and testimonies. ';
69. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 2 of the profession 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Self-Government - Foreign Service and Foreign Relations in the 13th grade in point 12 of the "Government Organisations', the words" and the institutions of the European Union 'are inserted after the words "Government Organisations'.
70. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 2 of the profession 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Government - Foreign Service and Foreign Relations in the 13th grade in point 13, the words "and contracts within the European Union 'are inserted after the words" international agreements'.
71. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 2 of the profession 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Government - Foreign Service and Foreign Relations in the 14th of the grade in point 2, the words "and contracts within the European Union 'are inserted after the words" international agreements'.
72. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 2 of the occupation 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Self-Government - Foreign Service and Foreign Relations in the 14th grade in point 10, the words "and the institutions of the European Union 'are inserted after the words" and the institutions of the European Union' and the sentence "Representation of the State before the European Court of Justice and similar international judicial bodies' is added.
73. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into professions and grades in Part 2 in the profession 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Government - Foreign Service and Foreign Relations at the end of the 14th grade, points 11 and 12 are added:
"11. The creation of international systems in comprehensive fields, such as social, economic, security or legal, including their design and formulation and coordination of their application in national systems.
12. Creation of the concept of the development of the European Union's internal market. "
74. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into the professions and grades in Part 2 of the profession 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Self-Government - Health and Public Health in 8th grade in point 1 of Section 1, the words "and chemical products' are replaced by the words" chemical and biocidal products'.
75. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into the professions and grades in Part 2 of the profession 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Self-Government - Health and Public Health in 8th grade, point 4 is added at the end of:
"4. The performance of professional activities in the sections of work hygiene, epidemiology, environmental hygiene, children's and adolescents' hygiene, nutrition and subjects of normal use and public health education, such as the collection and evaluation of supporting documents and anamnistic data for epidemiological studies, including the use of information systems, control activities on the section of public health protection and the preparation of decisions or measures by the competent public health authority. ';
76. In the Annex to the incorporation of works (examples of works) into the professions and grades in Part 2 in the profession 2.10.1 of the Referent of State Administration and Self-Government - Health and Public Health in the 9th grade, points 2 to 4 shall be added at the end of the text:
'2. Control of compliance with mandatory measures imposed by public health authorities, including prevention of infectious diseases and other mass-occurring diseases.
