supplementing the Decree of the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic No. 374 / 1992 Coll., implementing the Act of the Czech National Council No. 186 / 1992 Coll., on the service relationship of members of the Police of the Czech Republic
Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic pursuant to § 121 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 186 / 1992 Coll., on the service ratio of members of the Police of the Czech Republic, provides:
The income of the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic No. 374 / 1992 Coll., implementing the Act of the Czech National Council No. 186 / 1992 Coll., on the service relationship of members of the Police of the Czech Republic, is added as follows:
The following Section 130a is inserted after Section 130:
(1) A police officer who has received a certificate of rehabilitation (hereinafter referred to as the "rehabilitation officer"), 35) rehired to serve the police shall be determined at the time of the retermination of service of the amount of the severance pension according to the total duration of the service. If such a police officer has previously been paid a severance pension, the amount of the new severance pension shall be reduced by the amount paid in severance pay at the end of the previous service.
(2) According to paragraph 1, both severance and rehabilitation officers whose service ended between 1 July 1992 and the entry into force of this Order shall be designated. ';
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1993.
