GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 20 August 2025
amending Government Regulation No 60 / 2022 Coll., on the rates of fees for the professional activities of the entrusted organisation in the field of safety of the operation of dedicated technical equipment
The Government mandates pursuant to § 23 (i) of Act No. 250 / 2021 Coll., on the safety of work in connection with the operation of reserved technical equipment and on the amendment of related laws:
Government Decree No. 60 / 2022 Coll., on fees for professional activities of the entrusted organisation in the field of safety of the operation of dedicated technical equipment, is amended as follows:
1. In § 2 (a) (1) and § 2 (l) (4), the amount "CZK 2,000" is replaced by "CZK 2,500."
2. in § 2 (a) (2) and § 2 (b) and (c), "CZK 1 250" is replaced by "CZK 1 600";
3. in § 2 (d), the amount "CZK 3,000" is replaced by "CZK 3,800";
4. In § 2 (e), the amount "CZK 650" is replaced by "CZK 900."
5. in § 2 (f) the amount "130 CZK" is replaced by "200 CZK."
6. in § 2 (g), the amount "CZK 3,400" is replaced by "CZK 4,300";
7. In § 2 (h), the amount "CZK 1,600" is replaced by "CZK 2,000."
8. In § 2 (i), the amount "750 CZK" is replaced by "1000 CZK."
9. In § 2 (j), "CZK 200 'is replaced by" CZK 300'.
10. In § 2 (k) and (o), the amount "100 CZK" is replaced by "200 CZK."
11. in § 2 (l) (1), the amount "4 550 CZK" is replaced by "5 700 CZK."
12. In § 2 (l) (2), "CZK 3,900" is replaced by "CZK 4,900."
13. In § 2 (l) (3), "CZK 2 750" is replaced by "CZK 3 500."
14. In § 2 (m) the amount "700 CZK" is replaced by "900 CZK."
15. In § 2 (n) (1), "CZK 1,800" is replaced by "CZK 2,300."
16. In § 2 (n) (2), "CZK 1,500" is replaced by "CZK 1,900."
17. in § 2 (n) (3), "CZK 1,100" is replaced by "CZK 1,400";
18. in § 2 (n) (4), "850 CZK" is replaced by "1,100 CZK."
19. At the end of § 2, the dot is replaced by a comma and the following points (p) and (q) are added:
"(p) § 13 (1) (p) of the Act CZK 1 360 for each training hour, but not more than CZK 4 100,
q) § 13 (1) (q) of the Act 200 CZK. "
Transitional provision
The fee obligation relating to the requirement to carry out a professional activity entrusted to an organisation applied before the date of entry into force of this Regulation, as well as to the rights and obligations related thereto, shall apply to Government Regulation No 60 / 2022 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 November 2025.
