DECLARATION
of 7 May 2004
amending Decree No 212 / 2004 Coll., on the determination of stocks and the method of reporting them to the State Agricultural and Food Inspection
According to Section 3b (4) of Act No. 110 / 1997 Coll., on Food and Tobacco Products, and amending and supplementing certain related laws, as amended by Act No. 316 / 2004 Coll.:
Decree No 212 / 2004 Coll., on the determination of stocks and the method of reporting them to the State Agricultural and Food Inspection, is amended as follows:
1. In Section 1, the words "their formation and movement," shall be inserted after the words "the extent of the stocks."
2.
(1) The model of the reporting form for sugar stocks, isoglucose stocks and fructose stocks referred to in Article 2, including the formation and movement of such stocks, is set out in Annex 3.
(2) The model of the reporting obligation form for stocks of processed products exceeding 10% of the sugar referred to in Article 2, including the formation and movement of such stocks, is set out in Annex 4.
(3) The model of the reporting obligation form for stocks not referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 referred to in Article 2, including the formation and movement of such stocks, is set out in Annex 5. "
3. In Annex No 1, the entry for CN code "1517 ', including the name" Margarin, mixtures or preparations of edible animal or vegetable fats' and heading "7,0 ', is deleted.
4. In Annex 1, the following text is added at the end:
