GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 21 September 2022
establishing the internal rate of return for investments for each type of renewable resource
The Government orders pursuant to Paragraph 30 (1) of Act No. 165 / 2012 Coll., on Supported Energy Sources and on the Amendment of Certain Acts, as amended by Act No. 382 / 2021 Coll.:
Value of the internal yield percentage of investments for each type of renewable resource
The value of the internal rate of return for investment over the duration of the right to aid is, in the case of a power-generating facility,
(a) water, wind, geothermal or solar radiation 8,4%;
(b) biomass 8,4%;
(c) biogas 8,4%.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
