Communication of the Energy Regulatory Authority No 30 / 2010 Coll.

The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, announces that, pursuant to Article 17 (9) of Act No 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms of Business and on the Performance of Government Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Energy Act), as amended, Decision No 9 / 2009 of 21 December 2009 amending the Energy Regulatory Authority's Price Decision No 7 / 2009 of 25 November 2009 on Gas Prices, and No 10 / 2009 of 23 December 2009 amending the Energy Regulatory Authority's Price Decision No 6 / 2009 of 25 November 2009 on Gas Prices.

According to Article 17 (7) of the Energy Law, the Energy Regulatory Authority published price decisions in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 4 January 2010 in an amount of 1. On that date, the price decisions became valid. The activity gained by Price Decision No 9 / 2009 on the date of publication, Price Decision No 10 / 2009 takes effect on 1 February 2010.
