COMMUNICATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 9 February 2007
on the imposition of collective agreements of higher degree and amendments to collective agreements of higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that in accordance with the provisions of § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, were deposited with it between 1.1.2007 and 31.1.2007:
1. Appendix 2 (of 2.1.2007) to a collective agreement of higher degree concluded between
ECHO trade union,
Czech Energy Union,
Union of employees of nuclear power plants
and
The Czech Union of Employers in Energy.
(2) Appendix 3 (21 December 2006) to a collective agreement concluded between
Czech Moravian Electrical Association
and
KOVO trade union.
3. Appendix 3 (of 2.1.2007) to a collective agreement of higher degrees concluded between
ECHO
and
The Association of Chemical Industry of the Czech Republic.
4. Collective contract of higher degree (of 22.12.2006 with effect from 1 January 2007 to 31 December 2007) concluded between
Trade union of agricultural and nutrition workers - Association of Free Unions of the Czech Republic
and
the Agricultural Union of the Czech Republic,
The Czech Moravian Union of Agricultural Entrepreneurs.
