LEGAL MEASURES
Bureau of the National Assembly
of 5 January 1963
on a new organisation of central management in the fuel, energy, transport and communications sectors
The Bureau of the National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic has decided pursuant to Article 60 (2) of the Constitution on the following legal measure:
(1) The Ministry of Fuel and Energy is hereby established:
Ministry of Fuel; and
Central Energy Administration.
(2) The Central Energy Administration is a central body of the State Administration for Energy Management. The head of the Central Energy Administration is a member of the government. It is entrusted by the President of the Republic to lead the Central Energy Administration.
(1) The Ministry of Transport and Communications is hereby established:
Ministry of Transport and
Central Communications Administration.
(2) The central management of connections is the central authority of the State administration for the management of connections. It is headed by a leader who is appointed and recalled by the President of the Republic on a proposal from the Government.
A more detailed definition of the tasks of the newly established central authorities shall be carried out by the government.
This legal measure shall take effect on the date of its publication.
