The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides pursuant to § 190a paragraph 4 (a) of Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., Labour Code, as amended by Act No. 281 / 2023 Coll.:
Amount of flat-rate compensation for distance work
The flat-rate amount of compensation for distance work under Section 190a (1) (b) of the Labour Code is CZK 4.60.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the first day of the calendar month following its publication.
