According to § 11b (4) of Act No. 211 / 2000 Coll., on the State Fund for Investment Support, as amended by Act No. 126 / 2024 Coll.:
Repeal
Decree No. 272 / 2024 Coll., laying down the procedure for the calculation of the cost rent for available rental housing, is hereby repealed.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2026.
