CONSTRUCTION LAW
of 21 July 2021
amending the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms as amended by Constitutional Law No 162 / 1998 Coll.
Parliament has decided on the following constitutional law of the Czech Republic:
Čl. I
In Article 6 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms, published by order of the Bureau of the Czech National Council No. 2 / 1993 Coll. as part of the constitutional order of the Czech Republic, the sentence "The right to defend the life of another person and with a weapon is guaranteed under the conditions laid down by the law."

Efficacy
This constitutional law shall take effect on the first day of the second calendar month following its publication.
