Communication from the Energy Regulatory Authority No 291 / 2020 Coll.

The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, announces that pursuant to Article 2c of Act No. 265 / 1991 Coll., on the competence of the Czech authorities in the field of prices, as amended, pursuant to § 17 (6) (d) and § 17 (11) and Article 12 of the Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the conditions of business and on the performance of the State administration in the energy sector, and on the amendment of certain laws (Energy Act), as amended, and under Decree No. 195 / 2015 Coll., on the method of price regulation and procedures for regulation of gas prices, has issued a price decision No 4 / 2020 of 4 June 2020 on regulated prices related to gas supply.

According to Article 17 (9) of the Energy Act, the Energy Regulatory Authority published price decision No 4 / 2020 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 5 June 2020, amounting to 4. The price decision became valid on that date of publication. It shall take effect on 1 January 2021.
