Constitutional Law of the Czech National Council on certain other measures related to the demise of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic

concerning certain other measures related to the disappearance of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic
The Czech National Council decided on the following constitutional law:
Čl. 1
The date of the entry into force of this Constitutional Act becomes the judges assigned to the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic, if they agree, those judges of the Supreme Court of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic who were they on 31 December 1992.
Čl. 2
(1) The day of the entry into force of this Constitutional Act becomes the judges of the military courts of the Czech Republic, if they agree, those judges of the military courts of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic, who were them on 31 December 1992.
(2) The Judges referred to in paragraph 1 shall be deemed to be assigned to perform their duties:
(a) to the higher military courts of the Czech Republic in the offices of the higher military courts of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic in which they served as a judge;
b) Military Circuit Courts of the Czech Republic in the Military Circuit Courts of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic, where they performed the function of judge.
Čl. 3
Judges of the Supreme Court of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic and military courts of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic who have become judges of the courts of the Czech Republic pursuant to Articles 1 and 2 shall be deemed to be judges appointed under the Constitution of the Czech Republic.
Čl. 4
If a judge who has become a judge of the court of the Czech Republic pursuant to Articles 1 and 2 has been paid a contribution under a special provision, 1) he is obliged to pay that contribution back.
Čl. 5
The date of the entry into force of this Constitutional Act becomes prosecutors and investigators of the Prosecutor's Office assigned to the Prosecutor's Office of the Czech Republic, if they agree, those prosecutors and investigators of the Prosecutor General of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic, who were them on 31 December 1992.
Čl. 6
(1) The date of entry into force of this Constitutional Act becomes prosecutors and investigators of the prosecution of the military prosecutors of the Czech Republic, if they agree, those prosecutors and investigators of the military prosecutors of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic, who were them on 31 December 1992.
(2) The prosecutors and investigators of the prosecution referred to in paragraph 1 shall be deemed to be assigned to perform their duties:
(a) to the higher military prosecutors of the Czech Republic in the offices of the higher military prosecutors of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic, in which they served as prosecutor and investigator of the prosecution,
b) to the military district prosecutors of the Czech Republic in the headquarters of the military district prosecutors of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic, where they performed the function of prosecutor and investigator of the prosecution.
Čl. 7
Workers who were at the Office of the Constitutional Court of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic on 31 December 1992 become workers of the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic, if they agree.
Čl. 8
This constitutional law shall take effect on 1 January 1993.
