DECLARATION
of 29 October 2019
on the declaration of the National Nature Reserve of Chejlava and the establishment of its closer protection conditions
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 79 (5) (g) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on the Conservation of Nature and Landscape, as amended by Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 123 / 2017 Coll. and Act No. 225 / 2017 Coll.:
Announcement of the national nature reserve
(1) The National Nature Reserve of Chejlava (the "National Nature Reserve") is hereby declared.
(2) The territory, as defined in paragraph 3, shall be declared as a national nature reserve for the protection of natural forest ecosystems of beech, rubble forests and algae.
(3) The national nature reserve is situated in the territory of the Pilsen Region, in the cadastral territory of Mecholupy u Blovice. The national nature reserve boundaries shall be determined by a closed geometric pattern with direct sides whose vertices are determined by coordinates of a single trigonometric network of cadastral1). The list of coordinates of the vertices of the geometric pattern as they follow in the pattern is given in Annex 1 to this decree.
(4) An indicative graphical representation of the territory of the national nature reserve and its protection zone is given in Annex 2 to this decree.
Closer protection conditions
The entire territory of the national nature reserve can only be approved by the nature conservation authority
(a) permit or make changes to the types of land or to their exploitation (2); or
(b) to establish landfills of any material, including the storage of wood material, including temporary landfills.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 December 2019.
