On 19 January 1999, the Constitutional Court decided, in plenary, on the proposal of a group of Members to repeal the generally binding Regulation of the City of Jeseník No 8 / 94 of 9 November 1994 concerning the prohibition of fascist, communist, Nazi and racial propaganda in the territory of the city of Jeseník as follows:
Regulation No 8 / 94 of the City of Jeseník of 9 November 1994 concerning the prohibition of fascist, communist, Nazi and racial propaganda in the territory of the city of Jeseník shall be repealed from the date of the publication of this finding in the Collection of Laws.
