of 12 July 2021
on the issue of a price decision
The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, announces that pursuant to Article 2c of Act No. 265 / 1991 Coll., on the Jurisdiction of the Bodies of the Czech Republic in the Price Field, as amended, and pursuant to Article 17 (6) (d) of the Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms of Business and on the Performance of State Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Energy Act), as amended, issued price decision No. 3 / 2021 of 27 May 2021, on regulated prices related to gas supply.
Pursuant to Article 17 (9) of the Energy Act, the Energy Regulatory Authority published price decision No 3 / 2021 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 28 May 2021, in the amount of 5. The price decision became valid on that date of publication. This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
