DECLARATION
of 19 August 2009
on educational establishments for which the maximum permitted number of children, pupils and students or other similar units kept in the register of schools and educational establishments is not indicated
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides, pursuant to § 144 (3) of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 49 / 2009 Coll.:
The maximum permitted number of children, pupils and students or other similar units kept in the register of schools and educational establishments under Section 144 (1) (e) of the Education Act shall not be reported for the following educational establishments, including their separate centres:
(a) establishments for the further training of teaching staff;
(b) pedagogy-psychological advice;
(c) a special pedagogical centre;
(d) a leisure centre;
(e) a school service centre;
(f) school holdings;
(g) school library,
(h) swimming school;
(i) a centre of education for outpatient care services.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 September 2009.
