on the issue of a price decision
The Czech Telecommunications Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, announces that pursuant to Article 34a of Act No. 29 / 2000 Coll., on Postal Services and on the amendment of certain laws (Act on Postal Services), as amended, (full version published under No. 141 / 2005 Coll.), price decision No CR / P / 01.2007-1 of 12 January 2007 amending the price decision of the Czech Telecommunications Office No. CR / P / 12.2005-1 of 16 December 2005, Article 40 587 / 2005- 611, setting maximum prices for selected basic postal services abroad.
The Czech Telecommunications Authority published a price decision in the Postal Bulletin of 25 January 2007, amounting to 2. The price decision became valid on that date. The price decision took effect on 1 February 2007.
