Decree of the Minister for Foreign Affairs
of 9 March 1948
on an agreement to feed South Slavic wines.
The Agreement on the stuffing of South Slavic wines, negotiated on 15 November 1946 between the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Czechoslovakia and the Ambassador of the Federal People's Republic of Jugoslavia in Prague and given with the agreement of the President of the Republic in provisional force pursuant to Article VII of the Law of 22 June 1926, No 109 Coll., Government Order of 11 December 1946, No 226 Coll., was approved by the Constitutional National Assembly on 12 February 1947 and was ratified by the President of the Republic on 31 December 1947.
The Ratification of this Agreement by the President of the Republic was notified to the Government of the Federal People's Republic of Jugoslavia on 17 February 1948 and, by that date, reached an agreement according to its provisions of international effectiveness.
