amending Decree No. 36 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of a copy or a copy with the instrument and on the verification of the authenticity of the signature, as amended
According to Section 21 of Act No. 21 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of a copy or copy with the instrument and on the verification of the authenticity of the signature and on the amendment of certain laws (the Act on Verification):
Annex No 1 to Decree No. 36 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of the copy or copy with the instrument and on the verification of the authenticity of the signature, as amended by Decree No. 331 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 390 / 2007 Coll., Decree No. 194 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 15 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 484 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 384 / 2010 Coll., Decree No. 441 / 2011 Coll., Decree No. 456 / 2012 Coll., Decree No. 401 / 2013 Coll., Decree No. 346 / 2014 Coll., Decree No. 389 / 2015 Coll., Decree No. 411 / 2016 Coll. and Decree No. 409 / 2017 Coll., shall be amended as follows:
1. In the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (d), the word" Sandy' shall be inserted after the word "Děšná, '.
2. in the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (m), the word" Petřikov' is inserted after the word "Olešnice '.
3. in the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (q), the word" Pivkovice' is deleted;
4. in the part "Karlovy Vary Region ', point (c), the word" Kolová' is inserted after the word "Jenishov ';
5. in the part "Liberecký kraj ', point (a), the word" Ralsko' is inserted after the word "Windows, ';
6. In the part "Moravskoslezský kraj," point (n), the words "Silesian Pavlovice," shall be inserted after the word "Rusín."
7. In the part "Moravian-Silesian Region ', point (u), the words" Třinec, Vendrářka, Velopoli' are replaced by the words "Vendrářka, Velopoli, Magistrate of the City of Třinec '.
8. in the part "Olomouc Region ', point (i), the word" Citov' is inserted after the word "Brodek u Přerov 'and the word" Lazne' is inserted after the word "Lazne ';
9. in the part "Olomouc Region ', point (j), the words" the City of Libava' shall be inserted after the word "Lusatia ';
10. in the part "Pardubice region ', point (d), the word" Liboměřice' is inserted after the word "Leština ';
11. in the part "Pardubice Region," point (k), the word "Lime," shall be inserted after the word "Valy,";
12. In the part "Central Bohemian Region ', point (a), the word" Teplášovice' shall be inserted after the word "Struharov '.
13. In the part "Central Bohemian Region ', point (o), the word" Jews' shall be inserted after the word "Jozčice, '.
14. In the part "Central Bohemian Region ', point (q), the word" Domice' shall be inserted after the word "Libiš, '.
15. In the part "Central Bohemian Region," point (x), the word "Jarpice," and the word "Hats," shall be inserted after the word "Královice,"
16. in the part "Ústí kraj ', point (k), the words" Oblast' shall be inserted after the words "Oblast ';
17. in the part "Vysočina Region" the word "Urbanov" shall be added at the end of the text (l).
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2019.
