on exceptional Director's leave and special training in a distance manner for the period of the disease epidemic COVID-19 and amending Act No. 520 / 2021 Coll., on further adjustments to the provision of medical care in connection with exceptional measures for the disease epidemic COVID-19
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
INDIVIDUAL DIRECTORS 'VOTE AND EXAMORATORY EDUCATION BY DISTINCT ELEMENTS FOR THE PERIOD OF EPIDEMIA OF COVID- 19
Preliminary provisions
This law regulates the exceptional leave of directors and extraordinary training in a remote manner for the period of the CoVID-19 epidemic caused by the coronavirus known as SARS CoV-2 and the conditions under which such leave and training can be declared.
Special leave for directors and special education in a distance
(1
(a) the Director of Primary School, Secondary School, Conservatory, Higher Vocational Schools, Primary Art Schools and Language Schools with the right to declare, during the school year, special leave or special education in a distance of up to 10 days,
(b) declare in the school year special leave for a total of up to 10 days.
(2) The principal of the school shall notify the declaration of special leave or special education to aged pupils and students, legal representatives of underage children and pupils and the organiser.
(3) Special leave or special training may be declared by the school director only for certain school places; the extent of the days referred to in paragraph 1 shall apply to each school's place of work separately.
Conditions for the declaration of special leave
The school director may declare special leave if, for reasons of isolation, quarantine or disease of COVID-19 pedagogical staff, preschool education may not be temporarily provided in accordance with § 184a of the Education Act.
Conditions for the declaration of extraordinary training in a distance
(1) The school director may declare extraordinary training in a distance if, for reasons of isolation, quarantine or disease of COVID-19, the personal presence of teaching staff at the school is not possible to such an extent that, as a result, it is not possible to secure preschool training in accordance with the school law and at the same time the school director will agree to the extent necessary with the pedagogical staff to carry out their activities from another place.
(2) Exceptional training is carried out by the school according to the relevant framework training programme and the school training programme to an extent consistent with the circumstances.
(3) Children, pupils and students are obliged to participate in special education in a distance, with the exception of primary school of art and language school with the right of national language examination. The method of providing education and evaluating the results of extraordinary education in a distance manner shall adapt the school to the conditions of the child, pupil or student for such education.
Common provision
Exceptional leave and special training in a remote manner shall be considered as an emergency for the purpose of establishing entitlement to medical fees under another legislation.
Amendment to the Act on further adjustments to the provision of medical care in connection with exceptional measures for the disease epidemic COVID-19
Act No 520 / 2021 Coll., on further adjustments to the provision of medical fees in connection with exceptional measures in the event of an outbreak of COVID-19 disease, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 1, the following paragraph 4 is inserted after paragraph 3:
"(4) Measures under the Education Act or implementing legislation issued for its implementation which have been concluded by the establishment or school or parts thereof referred to in Section 39 (1) (b) (1) of the sickness insurance law and in Section 70 (2) (f) (1) of the Law on the service relationship of members of the Security Corps and which have been taken in direct connection with the disease of the COVID-19, shall also mean, for the purposes of this Act, exceptional administrative leave and special training in a distance manner under the Act on Emergency Director's leave and extraordinary training in a distance for the period of the disease of COVID-19. '
Paragraphs 4 and 5 shall become paragraphs 5 and 6.
2. In Section 3, at the end of paragraph 5, the words "except for exceptional management leave under the Act on Exceptional Director's leave and extraordinary training in a distance manner for the period of disease epidemic COVID-19 'shall be added.
EFFECTIVE
This Act shall take effect on the day following its publication.
