DECLARATION
of 12 January 2009
on the declaration of the National Nature Reserve Gift and the establishment of its closer protection conditions
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 79 (3) (c) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on the Conservation of Nature and Landscape, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll. and Act No. 312 / 2008 Coll., ("the Act '):
Subject matter
(1) The National Nature Reserve of the Donar (the "National Nature Reserve") is hereby declared.
(2) The object of protection is the natural peaty ecosystems of the crossing stoves, mainly represented by the fender's borns and pestling reefs and ecosystems of minerotrophic oyster and knee-free meadows with fragments of fornicated lawns transiting into the spur-ways with communities of broad dry lawns with a rich presence of rare and endangered plant and animal species. The protection also covers the habitat types and species for which another legislature1) a European-important site of the Dairy Peat and located in the territory of the national nature reserve.
Definition of the national nature reserve
The national nature reserve is situated in the region of Vysočina in the cadastral area of Radostín near Vojnov City. The national natural reserve boundaries shall be determined by a closed geometric pattern with direct sides whose vertices are determined by the coordinates of the single trigonometric network system of the cadastral2). The list of coordinates of the vertices of the geometric pattern as they follow in the pattern is given in Annex 1 to this decree. An indicative graphical representation of the territory of the national nature reserve is given in Annex 2 to this decree.
Closer protection conditions
Only with the consent of the competent nature conservation authority can the national nature reserve
(a) to make changes to the type of land or the way in which it is used (3);
(b) establish hunting equipment;
(c) to store wood or other materials, including temporarily.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 February 2009.
