Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announces that they have been signed:
on 22 July 1993 in Luxembourg, the Agreement on a guarantee between the Czech Republic and the European Investment Bank (Czech Republic - Telecommunications Project 1),
on 18 October 1993 in London, the Guarantee Agreement (Czech Telecommunications Project) between the Czech Republic and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development; and
on 1 November 1993 in Washington, the Agreement on a Guarantee (Telecommunications Project) between the Czech Republic and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
The above agreements entered into force on the date of their signature.
The text of the agreements can be consulted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Finance.
