THE LAW
Czech National Council
of 21 December 1992
amending and supplementing certain laws in the field of internal order and security and on measures related thereto
The Czech National Council decided on this law:
(1) Police College 7) is hereby established called Police Academy of the Czech Republic.
(2) The seat of the Police Academy of the Czech Republic is Prague.
They shall be deleted:
1. Act No. 333 / 1991 Coll., on the Federal Police Force and the Castle Police Corps, and regulations issued for its implementation.
2. Act No. 334 / 1991 Coll., on the service ratio of police officers included in the Federal Police Force and the Castle Police Corps, as amended by Act No. 245 / 1992 Coll., and the regulations issued for its implementation.
3. Act No. 230 / 1992 Coll., on the Federal Railway Police, and the regulations issued for its implementation.
This Law shall take effect on 1 January 1993, with the exception of Article VIII (3), which shall take effect on 31 December 1993.
