DECLARATION
of 2 October 2019
on the definition of the Nature Conservation Zones of the National Park of Podyjí
The Ministry of the Environment provides, pursuant to Article 18 (5) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Protection, as amended by Act No. 123 / 2017 Coll., and pursuant to § 79 (3) (g) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Protection, as amended by Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 312 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll. and Act No. 123 / 2017 Coll., ("the Act '):
Definition of zones
(1) Nature conservation zones (hereinafter referred to as "zones") are defined in the territory of the Podyjí National Park, including territories which do not meet the characteristics of the zones and do not serve to achieve the objective of the zone, but their inclusion in each zone is necessary in order to maintain the integrity of the area of the zone segment under Paragraph 18 (3) of the Act. The characteristics of each zone are further defined according to the natural conditions and objectives of protection.
(2) The indication of the boundaries of the zones on the basis of a copy of the cadastral map, including the electronic form, is stored in the central lists1).
(3) Characteristics of zones on national park territory It is listed in Annex 1 to this Decree.
(4) The graphical representation of the zones in the territory of the Podyjí National Park, including the territory under Paragraph 18 (3) of the Act, is set out in Annex 2 to this Decree.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2020.

Characteristics of zones on National Park territory They shall comply with the natural conditions and objectives of protection:
A. Natural zone consists of complex areas with the predominant presence
(a) natural forest ecosystems of the duobystron, thermomite doubras, acidophile doubras, rubble forests, meadow forests and beech forests;
(b) natural shrubbery and rock ecosystems of low xerophilic trees, dry lawns, vegetation of ephemés and succulents, rocks and drolines, moving rubble and caves;
the aim is to preserve and enable the natural processes to continue undisturbed.
B. Nature of the nearby zone consists of areas with the prevailing occurrence
(a) human partially altered forest ecosystems of the duobulars, thermal doubras, acidophilic doubras, rubble forests and beech forests,
(b) man-made water ecosystems macrophyte vegetation of watercourses and wetland ecosystems of reeds and tall oysters;
to achieve a state appropriate to natural ecosystems.
C. The zone of concentrated nature care forms
1. prevailing areas
(a) man-made significantly altered shrubbery ecosystems of high mesophilic and xerophilic shrubs and low xerophilic trees;
(b) human significantly altered forest ecosystems of the duobystrans, thermals and acidophilic doubras;
(c) human significantly altered grassland ecosystems of dry lawns, lowland to mountain heaths, meadows and pastures,
in order to maintain or gradually improve the state of ecosystems of biodiversity relevant to human activity; and
2. a territory with the predominant presence of man-made forest ecosystems of duobobrases, thermals, acidified doubras, rubble forests and beech forests, with the aim of restoring the nature of nearby ecosystems.
D. The cultural landscape zone consists of:
(a) built-up areas and built-up territories of municipalities, including urban areas and downstream anthropogenic areas with sporadic vegetation outside their headquarters, intended for their sustainable development;
(b) areas with the occurrence of man-made ecosystems of non-forest tree privileges outside the premises and bushes of ruderal and non-indigenous species intended for permanent human use.
