GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 11 January 2010
on the establishment of a body of state administration in which professional soldiers perform their defence tasks and the number of professional soldiers therein
The Government mandates pursuant to § 6 (6) of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., on professional soldiers, as amended by Act No. 254 / 2002 Coll.:
In the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic, the service tasks of a defence character are performed by one professional soldier.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
