THE LAW
of 13 May 2020
on certain measures to mitigate the effects of a coronavirus epidemic known as SARS CoV-2 in the field of sport
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
This law regulates certain measures in the field of sport in relation to an epidemic of coronavirus known as SARS CoV-2.
The National Sports Agency shall, as from the date of entry into force of this Act, exercise the powers provided for in Article 3d (1) (c) and (d) of Act No. 115 / 2001 Coll., on the promotion of sport, as amended, with the exception of aid decided or to be decided by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports through its designated programmes for the development and promotion of sport, tourism and sports representation; The Ministry proceeds according to Article II (2) of Act No 178 / 2019 Coll.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
