GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 18 June 2025
amending Government Regulation No 392 / 2015 Coll., setting the rate of the charge for the activity of the Energy Regulatory Authority
The Government mandates pursuant to § 17d paragraphs 2 and 3 of Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms and Conditions of Business and on the Performance of State Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment of Certain Acts, as amended by Act No. 131 / 2015 Coll. and Act No. 469 / 2023 Coll.:
Government Regulation No. 392 / 2015 Coll., on the setting of a charge rate for the activity of the Energy Regulatory Authority, is amended as follows:
1. In Section 1, "2.39 'is replaced by" 4';
2. In Section 2, "1,34 'is replaced by" 2,20'.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the first day of the second calendar month following its publication.
