Communication from the Energy Regulatory Authority No 241 / 2020 Coll.

The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, announces that pursuant to Article 2c of Act No. 265 / 1991 Coll., on the competence of the authorities of the Czech Republic in the field of prices, as amended, and pursuant to Article 17 (6) (d) and Article 17 (11) of the Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the conditions of business and on the exercise of government in the energy sector and on the amendment of certain laws (Energy Act No. 6 / 2019), on the price in the electricity market, and on the price decision No. 1 / 2020 of 26 November 2019 amending ERO No. 4 / 2019, on the price for the related service of electricity and on the other regulated prices, and on the price decision No. 3 / 2020 of 23 April 2020 amending Decision No. 2 / 2020, as amended, amending the price decision of the ERO No. 5 / 2020 of 23 April 2020, amending Decision of 23 April 2020 on the price decision of the ERO No. 5 / 2019 of 26 November 2019 on the European Community.

In accordance with Article 17 (9) of the Energy Law, the Energy Regulatory Authority published Price Decision No 1 / 2020, Price Decision No 2 / 2020 and Price Decision No 3 / 2020 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 23 April 2020, amounting to 2. The price decisions became valid on that date of publication. The activities took place on 23 April 2020.
