determining the compensatory measure imposed by the tenderer for the regulated activity of the insolvency administrator
The Government mandates pursuant to Sections 11 (2) and 38 (4) of Act No. 18 / 2004 Coll., on the recognition of professional qualifications and other competence of nationals of Member States of the European Union and of certain members of other States and on the amendment of certain laws (Act on the Recognition of Professional Qualifications), as amended by Act No. 588 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 189 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 52 / 2012 Coll. and Act No. 126 / 2016 Coll.:
For the regulated activity of the insolvency administrator, the choice of the tenderer between the adaptation period and the difference test and the compensatory measure is excluded.
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 March 2018.
