DECLARATION

of 8 January 2002
fixing the flat-rate amount of costs incurred by the State in connection with the transfer of the convicted persons
The Ministry of Justice, pursuant to § 384e (2) of Act No. 141 / 1961 Coll., on Criminal Procedure, provides for a judicial (criminal order), as amended by Act No. 265 / 2001 Coll.:
The flat-rate amount of the costs referred to in Article 384e (1) of the criminal Code shall be:
a) if the sentenced foreign state with which the Czech Republic has a common national border is handed over CZK 2 000,
(b) if the sentenced foreign state is transferred from another place situated in Europe, 50 000 CZK,
(c) in other cases CZK 100,000.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
