DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of the Interior
of 29 January 1990
amending Decree No. 99 / 1989 Coll., on road traffic rules (road traffic rules)
According to Article 16 (1) (a) of Decree-Law No 54 / 1953 Coll., on road traffic, as amended by the statutory measure of the Bureau of the National Assembly No 13 / 1956 Coll.:
The Decree of the Federal Ministry of Interior No. 99 / 1989 Coll., on road traffic rules (road traffic rules) is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 6 (2) (a) reads as follows:
"(a) drivers of vehicles of the armed forces and armed corps and their passenger,"
2. In Paragraph 16 (6), the words "People's militia" are deleted.
3. In Paragraph 34 (2), the words "and the People's militia 'are deleted.
4. Paragraph 35 (1), (2) and (3) read as follows:
"(1) Drivers of vehicles using a typical audible sign in the performance of specific tasks (13), accompanied by a special warning in blue or, where appropriate, in red light (14) (hereafter referred to as" priority-driving vehicles "), shall not be obliged to comply with the provisions of Part Two, Part Four, Sixth and Seventh; they are not exempted from the obligation to take care of the necessary precautions.
(2) The provisions of paragraph 1 shall apply mutatis mutandis to drivers of vehicles accompanied in front of the vehicle and, if more than three vehicles are involved, in the rear by vehicles of the armed forces or armed corps with the right of priority. In the case of accompanied vehicles, the passing beam shall always be switched on.
(3) The drivers of other vehicles shall allow priority-driving vehicles and vehicles accompanied by them to pass safely and smoothly and, if necessary, to stop the vehicle in such a place as to prevent them. They shall not be included in a group consisting of vehicles with a right of priority and vehicles accompanied by them with drivers of other vehicles. ';
5. In Paragraph 36 (3), the words "and with absolute right of priority driving 'are deleted.
6. In Paragraph 41 (5), the words "and the People's militia" are deleted.
7. In Paragraph 55 (2), the words "or vehicles with the absolute right of priority driving 'are deleted.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
