Government Regulation
of 7 April 1953
on the establishment of the Institute of Physical Education and Sport in Prague.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders according to § 6 paragraph 2 of Act No. 71 / 1952 Coll., on the Organisation of Physical Education and Sport:
An Institute of Physical Education and Sport in Prague (hereinafter referred to as the Institute) is established; The Institute is a college.
The head of the Institute is the Rector and Board of the Institute. The Rector's Office (Rector's Office) is hereby established for the administration of the Institute.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; they shall be carried out by the Chairman of the State Committee on Physical Education and Sport in agreement with participating members of the Government.
