DECLARATION
of 14 June 2021
laying down the activities to be carried out by a doctor without professional supervision after obtaining a certificate of completion of the basic strain of hygienic-epidemiological
According to § 37 (1) (k) for the implementation of § 4 (4) (a) of Act No. 95 / 2004 Coll., on the conditions for obtaining and recognising professional competence and specialised competence for the pursuit of the medical profession of physician, dental practitioner and pharmacist, as amended by Act No. 67 / 2017 Coll.:
The doctor may, after obtaining a certificate of completion of the basic strain of hygienic-epidemiological without professional supervision
(a) carry out and control investigations in an outbreak, establish the necessary anti-epidemic measures;
(b) to process and evaluate findings, file and medical documentation from an epidemiological and health inquiry in terms of impact on health;
(c) to process and evaluate the results of the measurement of physical, chemical and biological factors, in particular noise, vibration, lighting, non-ionising radiation, microclimatic conditions in terms of impact on health;
(d) assess the health risk and implement measures in the fields of nutrition, food safety and articles of common use;
(e) assess the health risk and implement measures in schools, school establishments and child recovery events;
(f) assess the health risk and implement measures on drinking water, hot water, water of other quality and bathing water;
(g) assess the health risk and implement measures at work, assess the risk to the investigation of occupational diseases;
(h) assess health risk and implement disease prevention measures related to the provision of health services;
(i) assess the health risk under preventive supervision;
(j) participate in the national health surveillance investigation;
(k) carry out health examinations of selected population groups, including children's growth and development;
(l) conduct a nutritional survey of selected population groups;
(m) propose and implement intervention measures to improve the health of the population;
(n) participate in the implementation of epidemiological studies on the protection and promotion of public health;
(o) to monitor the vaccinations of the population, in particular through the collection and evaluation of data in the framework of the activities of the competent public health authority or health institution or the State Health Institute;
(p) carry out activities under the epidemiological vigilance system for infectious and non-infectious diseases.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 July 2021.
