ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 11 May 2020
on the adoption of crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution 194 of 12 March 2020, the Government, in accordance with Article 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency status for the territory of the Czech Republic because of a health threat related to the detection of coronavirus / referred to as SARS CoV-2 / in the territory of the Czech Republic and, within the meaning of § 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of the Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on crisis management and on the amendment of certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of a crisis situation, the adoption of emergency measures within the meaning of § 5 (e) and § 6 (1) of the Crisis Act.

I. with effect from 14 May 2020, Part II (1) (b) and point 2 of the Government Resolution of 23 March 2020 No 280, published under No 127 / 2020 Coll.;
II. Orders
1. Honorary statements replacing the assessment of the medical fitness of the person applying for employment under Act No. 373 / 2011 Coll., on Specific Health Services, as amended, applied under Part II (1) (b) of the Government Resolution of 23 March 2020 No 280, published under Act No. 127 / 2020 Coll., apply until the end of the emergency condition,
2. If, within the meaning of Section II (2) of the Government Resolution of 23 March 2020 No 280, published under No. 127 / 2020 Coll., for the duration of the emergency condition, no occupational periodic examinations have been carried out in accordance with § 11 of Decree No. 79 / 2013 Coll., on occupational medical services and certain types of assessment, as amended, or other legislation, validity of medical opinions on medical fitness for work issued on the basis of
(a) entry medical examinations or occupational periodic examinations; or
(b) occupational emergency examinations according to § 12 (2) (e) or (f) (3) of Decree No 79 / 2013 Coll.,
which expire at the time of the declared emergency, shall be extended until the end of the emergency.
