GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 10 May 2006
amending Government Regulation No 394 / 2002 Coll., on granting financial assistance in the field of housing to individuals affected by floods in 2002, as amended by Government Regulation No 234 / 2005 Coll.
The Government mandates the implementation of Act No. 218 / 2000 Coll., on the Budget Rules and on the Amendment to Certain Related Laws (Budget Rules), as amended by Act No. 493 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 141 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 187 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 450 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 202 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 130 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 138 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 186 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 257 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 436 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 482 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 1 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 127 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 361 / 2005 Coll.
Government Decree No. 394 / 2002 Coll., on the granting of financial assistance in the field of housing to individuals affected by floods in 2002, as amended by Government Decree No. 234 / 2005 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. In the title of the Government Decree, the words' 2002 'are deleted.
2. In Paragraph 1 (1), the words "in 2002 'and" in this period' are deleted.
3. Paragraph 1 (2) is deleted and paragraph 1 is deleted.
4. In Paragraph 2 (1), the words "emergency status' are replaced by the words" emergency or emergency status'.
5. In Article 2 (3), the words "and have been reported as permanent residence (6) 'are deleted.
6. footnote 6 is deleted.
7. In Paragraph 3 (1) of the Introductory Part of the provision, the words "referred to in Paragraph 2 'and the words" 31 March 2004' are replaced by the words "2 years from the relevant date '.
8. in Article 3 (1) (c):
"(c) an honest statement by the person referred to in Article 2 that she lived permanently in the apartment on the relevant day;"
9. In Paragraph 3 (3), the words "31 March 2004 'are replaced by the words" the expiry of that period but not later than 3 years after the relevant date'.
10. in Paragraph 4 (1) of the introductory part of the provision, the words "from the operative date to 31 December 2003" are replaced by the words "1 year from the operative date."
11. in Article 4 (1), point (b) is deleted;
Points (c) and (d) shall be renumbered (b) and (c).
12. in Article 5 (1), the words "from the operative date until 31 December 2003" shall be replaced by the words "1 year from the relevant date" and the words "and have been registered for permanent residence therein" shall be deleted;
13. in Article 5 (2), the words "except for the condition of permanent residence," shall be deleted;
14. in Article 5 (3), the words "and have been registered for permanent residence" shall be deleted;
15. Article 8 shall be deleted;
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
