DECLARATION
of 10 July 2003
amending Decree No. 385 / 1991 Coll., on the recognition of equivalence and conditions for the notation of certificates issued by foreign schools, as amended by Decree No. 332 / 1998 Coll., and Decree No. 127 / 1997 Coll., on special schools and special maternity schools
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides for, pursuant to § 28 (5) of Act No. 29 / 1984 Coll., the system of primary schools, secondary schools and higher vocational schools (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 171 / 1990 Coll. and Act No. 138 / 1995 Coll., and pursuant to § 13 (a), (f), (g), (h) and (m) of Act No. 564 / 1990 Coll., on State Administration and Self-Government in Education:
Decree No. 385 / 1991 Coll., on the recognition of equivalence and the conditions for nostallization of certificates issued by foreign schools, as amended by Decree No. 332 / 1998 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 2 (1), the words "the School Office 'are replaced by the words" the Regional Office'.
2. In Paragraph 3 (2), the words "the School Office 'are replaced by the words" the Regional Office'.
3. In Article 3 (3), the words "the School Office 'are replaced by the words" the Regional Office'.
4. In Paragraph 4 (1), the words "the School Office 'are replaced by the words" the Regional Office'.
5. In Paragraph 4 (2), the words "the School Office 'are replaced by the words" the Regional Office'.
6. In Article 5 (2), the words "the School Office 'are replaced by the words" the Regional Office'.
7. In Article 5 (3), the words "the School Office 'are replaced by the words" the Regional Office'.
8. In Article 5 (4), the words "the School Office 'are replaced by the words" the Regional Office'.
9. In Article 5 (7), the words "School Office 'are replaced by the words" Regional Office', the words "School Office 'are replaced by the words" Regional Office' and the words "School Office 'are replaced by the words" Regional Office'.
10. in Article 6 (1), the words "School Office" shall be replaced by the words "Regional Office";
11. in Paragraph 6 (2), the words "School Office" are replaced by the words "Regional Office";
12. in Article 6 (3), the words "School Office" are replaced by the words "Regional Office";
13. in Article 7 (2), the words "the School Office" shall be replaced by the words "the Regional Office" and the words "the School Office" shall be replaced by the words "the Regional Office";
14. in Article 7 (3), the words "school authorities" are replaced by the words "regional authorities";
15. In the Annex to the first paragraph, the words "School Office 'are replaced by the words" Regional Office'.
Decree No. 127 / 1997 Coll., on special schools and special maternity schools, is amended as follows:
In Article 7 (3), the words "School Office 'are replaced by the words" Regional Office' and the words "School Office 'are replaced by the words" Regional Office'.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 September 2003.
